I can't update the software on my smartwatch
Solution 3 of 3: The software isn't updated correctly
It's recommended that you update your smartwatch with the newest software, as the manufacturer continuously corrects errors.
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press System.
Press System updates. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the smartwatch software.
