How to find your product model or series
For laptops & PCs:
- You should be able to find your laptop or PC’s model number by selecting Settings, and then selecting About
- You may also be able to find your model number on a sticker on the back of your product, on the packaging it came in, or in the user manual
For tablets:
- You should be able to find your tablet’s model number by selecting the Settings or Options app, and then selecting About
- The model number should be displayed under the Model Name heading
- You may also be able to find your model number in the user manual your tablet came with
For anything else:
- The model number will often be on a sticker or printed directly onto the front, back, or bottom of your product
- If you can’t find the model number on your product, check the packaging it came in or the user manual
- You may be able to find the model number in the settings of your product, or in the Bluetooth settings of a linked product
