The laptop keyboard isn't working
Solution 2 of 2: The laptop keyboard driver hasn't been updated
To ensure the built-in hardware and connected devices, such as sound card and mouse, are working optimally, it's recommended to update the drivers regularly.
Click the Windows icon.
Click Settings.
Click Windows Update.
Click Advanced options.
Click Optional updates. If a new update is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the laptop drivers.
Click the close icon to return to the home screen.
