Restoring factory default settings

If your laptop gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All settings and configurations you've made on your laptop are deleted. Remember to back up your files before restoring the factory default settings as all content will be deleted.

Click the Windows icon.

Click Recovery.

Click Reset PC.

Click Remove everything.

Click the required setting.

Click the indicators to select the required settings.

Click Confirm.

Click Next. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your laptop and prepare it for use.
