It's not possible to make voice calls
Solution 1 of 11: Fixed dialling is turned on
When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only call selected numbers and do emergency calls. Incoming calls aren't affected.
Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Calling accounts.
Press Advanced settings.
Press Fixed dialling numbers.
Press the required SIM.
Press Enable FDN.
Key in the PIN2 and press the confirm icon. The default PIN2 is 0000.
Press Disable FDN.
Key in the PIN2 and press the confirm icon. The default PIN2 is 0000.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
