Solution 2 of 7: Bluetooth is turned off on your laptop
Bluetooth is a wireless connection which can be used to transfer files between two devices or to establish a connection to other devices, such as a wireless headset or a wireless mouse.
Click the menu field.
Click the settings icon.
Click the indicator next to "Bluetooth" to turn the function on or off.
Click the close icon to return to the home screen.
