Your phone doesn't turn on correctly

It's not possible to turn on my phone

Before you can turn on your phone, you need to insert your SIM into your phone.

Press and hold the Side key until your phone is turned on.

If you're asked to key in your PIN, do so and press OK. The default PIN is 1111.

Step 3 of 6

Press the Side key.

Step 4 of 6

At the same time, press and hold the lower part of the Volume key.

Step 5 of 6

Press Power off.

Step 6 of 6

Press Power off.
