I can't update the software on my smartwatch
Solution 3 of 3: The software isn't updated correctly
It's recommended that you update your smartwatch with the newest software, as the manufacturer continuously corrects errors.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Software update.
Press Download and install. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the smartwatch software.
