Ending running applications
Some applications aren't ended completely when you return to the home screen. If you don't end them from the list of running applications, they keep running in the background which may slow down your tablet.
Slide your finger slowly upwards starting from the bottom of the screen until the list of running applications is displayed.
Slide upwards on the required application to end it.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
