How to find your product model or series

For laptops & PCs:

You should be able to find your laptop or PC’s model number by selecting Settings, and then selecting About
You may also be able to find your model number on a sticker on the back of your product, on the packaging it came in, or in the user manual

For tablets:

You should be able to find your tablet’s model number by selecting the Settings or Options app, and then selecting About
The model number should be displayed under the Model Name heading
You may also be able to find your model number in the user manual your tablet came with

For anything else:

The model number will often be on a sticker or printed directly onto the front, back, or bottom of your product
If you can’t find the model number on your product, check the packaging it came in or the user manual
You may be able to find the model number in the settings of your product, or in the Bluetooth settings of a linked product
